Kellysearch is owned and operated by Reed Business Information Limited. We also publish industrial/commercial directories including Kelly's Industrial Directory in printed, CD and online formats.

Visitors to the site

In general, you can browse the Kellysearch website without disclosing any information about yourself at all. Submitting personal information on our site is optional.

When you submit an enquiry we ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number and criteria specific to your enquiry. This information will be released to a small number of our registered suppliers so that they can contact you regarding the project in question. Your personal information is password-protected so that only Kellysearch and the suppliers selected to receive the enquiry have access to an enquirer's personal information.

Calls made to companies registered with Kellysearch using the number available on the site will be recorded on a password-protected telephone tracking system. Kellysearch has access to these telephone records and will make no use of them other than for quality and training purposes.

You will not receive unsolicited mail from Kellysearch and/or from third parties. We may, however, mail you occasionally with information about Kellysearch or important changes to our service.

Supplier Entries

To register your company on Kellysearch as a supplier you must provide a contact name, phone number, email address and postal address, as well as information about your business, brand details and testimonials. All this information is made available to the public as a listing in our categories and to Kellysearch users to whom you send a reply to an enquiry.

Details of personnel provided to us in supplier entries will also be published in our industrial/commercial directories. This may involve their data being transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. Named individuals may also receive direct marketing material from Reed Business Information Limited about our other products and services and from users of the directories. How else does Kellysearch use personal information?

Kellysearch may disclose and use personal information collected about you within its own organisation for the purpose of internal business administration and analysis.
